Tattoo Numbing Cream

Want a tattoo without the pain?

There are so many over the counter numbing creams, but very few that were made specifically for tattoos.

You can use a generic brand found at the drug store, but you'll find that you paid a lot of money for little results.

An Actual Tattoo Numbing Cream

We have our own formulation of numbing cream, specifically made for tattoos!

We've been using it for the last 5 years with incredible results. Our tattoo numbing cream has been used all over the body for traditional ink, and also on the face for permanent makeup.

Imagine getting cosmetic tattoos on your eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. Now imagine getting those and feeling almost no pain at all because of the right tattoo numbing products. That's what we use ourselves and sell to other artists.

A Two-Step Process

The common mistake almost everyone makes is ONLY USING 1 PRODUCT.

It makes us sad when we hear people say "I used numbing cream for my tattoo, but it still hurt." If that happens to you, then you won't enjoy the process. Getting a tattoo is supposed to be fun and exciting, but so many people hate it because of the pain.

You cannot use 1 numbing agent alone. It just won't work for most people and we're about to tell you why and explain the basic science behind the skin.

Closed Skin and Open Skin

When getting a tattoo, your skin goes through 2 phases. Closed and Open.

Closed skin is skin that hasn't been wounded. There are no cuts or holes from a tattoo machine yet.

Open skin is skin that has been wounded. There are cuts or holes from being pierced by a tattoo machine.

Different Products for Different Phases

There is a pretty obvious difference between Closed skin and Open skin, right? How much more different can they be?

Because Closed skin and Open skin act completely different from one another, you need a specific product for each phase the skin goes through.

Numbing for Closed Skin

When your skin is closed and has not been pierced with a tattoo needle yet, you need numbing cream.

Numbing cream is a topical agent that sits on the surface of the skin. When applied properly, it will melt from body heat right on the area where the tattoo will be.

It will only take 15 minutes to numb. There is no need to wait 1 hour for numbing cream to work. That's a crazy long time. Who wants to wait 1 hour for numbing products to work? Not you and definitely not your artist.

Numbing for Open Skin

Now here is the big reveal. This is the game changer for all tattoo procedures.

After your skin is open and has been pierced with a tattoo needle, then you need numbing gel.

It is completely different from cream because it absorbs into the wounded skin and works almost immediately.

Epinephrine in the numbing gel will stymie much of the bleeding so your skin isn't a bloody mess when your artist is working on your tattoo. Tattooing is already messy with ink. No need to make it worse with excessive amounts of blood.

Where to get Tattoo Numbing Products?

Right here. On this website. We sell those two products and they work amazingly well.

Most of our customers are Permanent Makeup Artists and Microblading Artists who use these products for working on the face.

Like we said earlier, imagine getting a tattoo on your arm. That would hurt. Now imagine getting a tattoo on your eyebrows. That would normally be incredibly painful.

If Permanent Makeup and Microblading Artists are using our numbing products for tattooing on the face, you better believe it will work for body art.

No More Tattoo Pain

A lot of tattoo parlors don't have numbing products. If you're getting a tattoo, you will be better off bringing the product yourself.

Our numbing cream and gel are over the counter, safe to use for tattooing procedures. You don't need a special prescription to get them.

Seriously, there is no need to suffer for a tattoo.

Check out our products and see what you think.

We have a fantastic, easy to read resource page with instructional videos to show you how to use the products. They are super easy to use. Visit our page How To Use Tattoo Candy to learn more.

Also check out our Pigment Results Gallery. It's a small collection of over 500 photo testimonials from our customers. There are photos of our numbing products in there as well.
